TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, REFUND AND DELIVERY ("TERMS")

Sales and Refund Policy

Hello, Thank you for shopping at NPK Store. We appreciate the fact that you are happy to buy tools that help you feed your plants effectively and efficiently. We also want to ensure that your experience of researching, evaluating and purchasing our products matches the convenience our tools provide for you and your plants, whether you are in the NPK Online Store or on the phone with a representative of the NPK Store.

As with any shopping experience, terms and conditions apply to transactions in the NPK store. We'll keep it short, so you can get on with your plants. The most important thing to remember is that by placing an order with the NPK Store, you agree to the terms below.

Standard return policy

We are confident that you will be happy with the tools you purchase from the NPK Store. That's because the NPK Store team is committed to ensuring that all of our products are designed and engineered to give you and your plants what you need to grow. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expect it to be. If that happens, we want you to know what to do:

• Order the wrong product? Changed mind? No problem. Simply return new, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Be sure to include your packing slip and/or order information in the box. You cover the costs of the return shipment.
• NPK Store strives to be perfect, but if for any reason you receive the wrong item or a broken tool, you can submit a return within 30 days and we will pay for the shipping costs. Simply email us at orders@npkstore.nl and make sure to include your order number in all communications.

Refund

Your time and money are valuable. You can expect a full refund for returned items within four weeks of giving your package to the carrier. However, this is the maximum time, we will do everything we can to get it back to you sooner.

This estimated time period includes the maximum transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it will take us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time that your bank needs to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

Prices and price reductions/corrections

NPK Store reserves the right to change prices at any time for products displayed on/at the NPK Store, and to correct pricing errors that may occur unintentionally. Should the NPK Store reduce the price of an item after your purchase, we cannot adjust prices retroactively.

The prices shown are in euros. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate due to exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card company may also charge you for foreign conversions and fees, which can increase the total cost of your purchase. Please check with your bank or credit card issuer about these charges.

 

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

NPK Store may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit the quantity of the order. NPK Store may also require additional eligible information prior to accepting or processing an order. As soon as we have received your online order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. However, your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify the NPK Store's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we only confirm that we have received your order. The NPK Store reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time after receipt of your order. If the NPK Store cancels an order after you have already been invoiced, the NPK Store will refund the invoiced amount.

 

Shipping and delivery

NPK Store uses discreet packaging to deliver your tools. We work with the best carriers in the industry to make sure your order gets to you on time. On our secure checkout page you will see the description of the item, the price and the delivery location. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an interactive email with tracking information.

Since the actual delivery of your order may be affected by many events beyond NPK Store's control once it leaves our warehouse, NPK Store cannot be held responsible for late deliveries. However, we will always work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

 

Backordered tools

We want you to be able to use your tools in your garden as soon as possible. If you order today, you will have reserved your seat in line when backordered items arrive at our warehouse. If an item in your order states that it is backordered, you will receive it within a maximum of 4-8 weeks. However, keep in mind that this is a maximum. If we get it sooner, you'll get it sooner, as our pre-orders are our top priority. Once your backordered item has been shipped to you from our warehouse, you will receive an email with interactive tracking information.
